TERMS OF SERVICE
Last Updated: 8 September 2026
OVERVIEW
Welcome to Sanctified.
Sanctified is operated by H.2.2 Merchants Ltd, trading as Sanctified. The terms “we”, “us” and “our” refer to Sanctified.
Sanctified operates this store and website, including all related information, content, features, tools, products and services, in order to provide you, the customer, with a curated shopping experience (the “Services”).
Sanctified is powered by Shopify, which enables us to provide the Services to you.
These terms and conditions, together with any policies referred to in them, are collectively referred to as these “Terms of Service” or “Terms” and describe your rights and responsibilities when using the Services.
Please read these Terms carefully, as they contain important information about your legal rights and responsibilities, including provisions relating to warranties, liability and disputes.
By visiting, interacting with or using our Services, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service and our Privacy Policy.
Our Privacy Policy is available at:
https://sanctifiedvessels.com/policies/privacy-policy
If you do not agree to these Terms of Service or our Privacy Policy, you should not use or access the Services.
SECTION 1 – ACCESS AND ACCOUNT
By using the Services, you confirm that you are at least 18 years old or otherwise have the legal capacity to enter into a binding contract under the laws applicable to you.
If you permit a minor to use the Services under your supervision, you are responsible for their use of the Services to the extent permitted by applicable law.
To use the Services, including browsing our online store or purchasing products or services, you may be asked to provide certain information, such as your email address, billing information, payment information and shipping details.
You represent that the information you provide is accurate, current and complete and that you have the right to provide that information.
You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials and for activity carried out through your account.
You may not transfer, sell, assign or license your account to another person without our permission.
SECTION 2 – OUR PRODUCTS AND PRODUCT DISPLAY
We make reasonable efforts to describe and display our products accurately.
However, the colour you see on your screen may vary slightly from the colour of the physical product because of differences in screen settings, display technology, brightness, device configuration and similar factors.
This provision relates only to reasonable differences in how colours are displayed on different screens and devices.
It does not affect your rights if a product is faulty, materially different from its description, not of satisfactory quality, not fit for a purpose made known to us, or otherwise does not conform to your order.
Product descriptions, designs, availability and other product information may be updated from time to time.
We may discontinue products or limit the quantities available where reasonably necessary, subject to any contractual or statutory rights you already have in relation to an accepted order.
SECTION 3 – ORDERS
When you place an order, you are making an offer to purchase products from Sanctified.
Your order is not accepted until we confirm that it has been accepted. We must also receive or authorise payment before processing the order.
We reserve the right to decline or cancel an order where reasonably necessary, including where:
- a product is unavailable;
- payment cannot be authorised;
- there is an obvious pricing or product information error;
- we reasonably suspect fraud or unauthorised activity;
- delivery cannot reasonably be made to the address provided; or
- we are unable to fulfil the order for another legitimate reason.
If we decline, change or cancel an order after it has been submitted, we will attempt to notify you using the contact information provided with your order and will provide any refund required by applicable law.
Please review your order carefully before submitting it.
Your rights to cancel, return or obtain a refund are described in our Returns & Refund Policy:
https://sanctifiedvessels.com/policies/refund-policy
Nothing in this section limits any cancellation or return right that you have under applicable consumer law.
SECTION 4 – PRICES, TAXES AND BILLING
Prices, discounts and promotions may change from time to time.
The price charged for a product will be the price displayed and applicable when your order is placed, subject to the correction of obvious errors and applicable law.
Prices may be displayed in US dollars (USD) or another available currency. The currency in which a price is displayed does not determine the tax treatment of your order.
Shipping costs, where applicable, will be displayed at checkout before you complete your purchase.
United States Customers
Where Sanctified is required by applicable US state or local law to collect sales tax, the relevant tax will be calculated and displayed at checkout based on factors such as your delivery address and applicable tax rules.
Sanctified will collect and remit sales tax in jurisdictions where we are legally required to do so.
United Kingdom Customers
UK VAT will be applied where required by applicable UK VAT law. The VAT treatment of an order may depend on factors including the destination of the goods and the location from which they are supplied.
International Customers
Orders delivered outside the United Kingdom or United States may be subject to local taxes, customs duties, import charges or other fees imposed by the destination country.
Where these charges are not collected by Sanctified at checkout, you may be responsible for paying them directly to the relevant authority or carrier.
You agree to provide current, complete and accurate purchase, payment and account information for purchases made through the Services.
You also agree to keep your contact and payment information reasonably up to date where necessary for us to process your transaction.
SECTION 5 – SHIPPING AND DELIVERY
Delivery and production timeframes displayed on our website are estimates unless we expressly state otherwise.
Some delays may occur because of carrier disruption, customs processing, seasonal demand, fulfilment delays, weather, events outside our reasonable control or other circumstances.
We will make reasonable efforts to fulfil and deliver orders within the estimated timeframes provided.
Where you are purchasing as a consumer, goods generally remain at Sanctified's risk until they are delivered into your physical possession or the physical possession of a person you have identified to receive them.
If you independently arrange for a carrier that was not offered by Sanctified as a delivery option, different rules may apply where permitted by law.
Nothing in this section affects any rights you may have if an order is delayed, lost or not delivered.
Further information is available in our Shipping Policy.
SECTION 6 – INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY
The Services, including our trademarks, brand elements, text, designs, graphics, photographs, images, videos, audio, product content and the selection and arrangement of that material, are owned by or licensed to Sanctified and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws.
These Terms permit you to access and use the Services for your personal and lawful use.
Unless permitted by these Terms or applicable law, you may not reproduce, distribute, modify, republish, download, store, transmit, publicly display, publicly perform or create derivative works from our protected material without our prior written permission.
Nothing in these Terms grants you ownership of, or a licence to use, Sanctified's intellectual property except to the limited extent expressly stated.
Unauthorised use of the Services or our intellectual property may infringe applicable intellectual property laws.
All rights not expressly granted are reserved.
The Sanctified name, logos, product names, designs and slogans are trademarks or other protected intellectual property of Sanctified or its licensors.
Shopify's name, logos, products and related branding belong to Shopify or its licensors.
Other names, logos and trademarks appearing through the Services belong to their respective owners.
SECTION 7 – OPTIONAL TOOLS
We may provide access to tools or services supplied by third parties that we do not own or control.
Where appropriate, such tools may be provided “as is” and “as available”, subject to applicable law.
Your use of third-party tools may also be governed by the relevant third party's terms and privacy policies.
Please review those terms before using the applicable tool.
We may introduce new features, tools and resources through the Services in the future. Unless stated otherwise, those features will also form part of the Services and be subject to these Terms.
SECTION 8 – THIRD-PARTY LINKS
The Services may contain links, embedded features or other material provided by third parties.
We are not responsible for controlling or evaluating every third-party website or service that you choose to access.
If you leave our Services and visit a third-party website, you should review that third party's terms, privacy policy and other applicable policies.
To the extent permitted by law, Sanctified is not responsible for loss or damage caused solely by your use of a third-party website, product or service that is outside our control.
Complaints or questions relating directly to a third-party product or service should ordinarily be directed to that third party.
SECTION 9 – RELATIONSHIP WITH SHOPIFY
Sanctified is powered by Shopify, which provides the ecommerce platform that enables us to offer the Services.
However, purchases made from the Sanctified store are made directly between you and H.2.2 Merchants Ltd, trading as Sanctified.
Shopify is not the seller of Sanctified products.
Nothing in this section excludes or restricts any liability that cannot lawfully be excluded or restricted.
SECTION 10 – PRIVACY
Personal information collected through the Services is processed in accordance with our Privacy Policy:
https://sanctifiedvessels.com/policies/privacy-policy
Because our Services are hosted by Shopify, Shopify also collects and processes certain information relating to your access to and use of the Services.
Further information about Shopify's privacy practices is available in Shopify's own privacy documentation.
Our Privacy Policy provides further details about how Sanctified, Shopify and relevant service providers may process your personal information.
SECTION 11 – FEEDBACK
If you submit reviews, ideas, suggestions, comments, proposals or other feedback to us (“Feedback”), you give Sanctified permission to use that Feedback for legitimate business purposes, including operating, promoting and improving the Services.
To the extent permitted by law, you grant us a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free, transferable and sublicensable licence to reproduce, use, modify, publish, display and distribute Feedback you voluntarily provide.
You represent that:
- you own the Feedback or have the necessary rights to provide it;
- your Feedback does not unlawfully infringe another person's rights;
- any compensation or incentive connected with the Feedback has been properly disclosed where required; and
- your Feedback complies with applicable law and these Terms.
We may remove Feedback that we reasonably believe is unlawful, fraudulent, abusive, defamatory, obscene, infringing or otherwise in breach of these Terms.
You must not submit Feedback using a false identity or deliberately mislead us or others about its origin.
SECTION 12 – ERRORS, INACCURACIES AND OMISSIONS
Occasionally, information on the Services may contain typographical errors, inaccuracies or omissions relating to product descriptions, pricing, promotions, shipping charges, delivery estimates or availability.
We may correct errors or update inaccurate information when identified.
Where an error affects an order you have already submitted, we will deal with it reasonably and in accordance with applicable law, including contacting you where appropriate.
Nothing in this section permits us to disregard contractual or statutory rights that have already arisen.
SECTION 13 – PROHIBITED USES
You may use the Services only for lawful purposes.
You may not use the Services:
- for an unlawful, fraudulent or malicious purpose;
- to encourage or participate in unlawful activity;
- to violate applicable laws, regulations or legal requirements;
- to infringe our intellectual property rights or the intellectual property or other rights of another person;
- to harass, threaten, abuse, intimidate, discriminate against or harm another person;
- to submit false or misleading information;
- to upload, transmit or distribute viruses, malicious code or other technology designed to disrupt or damage the Services;
- to collect or track another person's personal information unlawfully;
- to send spam, phishing messages or other deceptive or unsolicited communications;
- to impersonate another person or organisation;
- to interfere with or circumvent the security features of the Services;
- to reproduce, extract, sell, resell or exploit the Services unlawfully; or
- otherwise use the Services in a way prohibited by applicable law or these Terms.
You must not use robots, spiders, scraping tools, automated extraction tools, AI agents or similar automated technologies to access or interact with the Services except as expressly permitted under Section 14.
We may suspend or restrict access to the Services where we reasonably believe that these Terms have been materially breached.
SECTION 14 – AGENTS
14.1
This Section applies where you use, enable or cause an automated or semi-automated software service or agent to access or interact with the Services.
An “Agent” means software or a service that takes autonomous or semi-autonomous actions on behalf of, or at the direction of, a person or organisation.
14.2
An Agent may access the Services only where its access is permitted by these Terms and it complies with the requirements in this Section.
An Agent must not access the Services where Sanctified has expressly requested that the Agent cease doing so.
14.3
We may use reasonable technical measures to manage, restrict or control how Agents access or interact with the Services.
14.4
Where technically applicable, Agents must:
- identify themselves accurately;
- not intentionally disguise automated activity as human activity;
- not circumvent CAPTCHAs, access controls or other measures designed to distinguish automated activity from human activity;
- respond truthfully to reasonable measures designed to identify automated access; and
- not circumvent technical measures used to control automated access to the Services.
SECTION 15 – TERMINATION
We may suspend or terminate your access to all or part of the Services where reasonably necessary, including where you materially breach these Terms, misuse the Services or engage in unlawful or fraudulent activity.
Termination does not affect rights or liabilities that arose before termination.
Any provisions that by their nature should continue after termination will remain in effect, including provisions concerning intellectual property, privacy, liability, disputes and governing law.
SECTION 16 – DISCLAIMER OF WARRANTIES
Information made available through the Services is provided for general informational purposes.
We make reasonable efforts to keep information accurate and current but cannot guarantee that all general website content will always be complete, current or error-free.
To the extent permitted by law, we do not guarantee that the website or Services will always be uninterrupted, secure or free from technical errors.
However, nothing in this Section excludes, restricts or affects any statutory warranty, condition, right or remedy that applies to products or services supplied to a consumer and which cannot legally be excluded or restricted.
In particular, nothing in these Terms is intended to exclude rights relating to goods being of satisfactory quality, fit for purpose, as described or otherwise conforming to applicable consumer law.
SECTION 17 – LIMITATION OF LIABILITY
Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability where it would be unlawful to do so.
In particular, nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability for:
- death or personal injury caused by negligence where such liability cannot lawfully be excluded;
- fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation;
- deliberate unlawful conduct; or
- any statutory consumer right or remedy that cannot lawfully be excluded or restricted.
Subject to the above and to the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Sanctified will not be liable for indirect or consequential loss that was not reasonably foreseeable when the relevant contract was entered into.
If you are using the Services wholly or mainly for personal purposes, we do not exclude liability for losses that are a reasonably foreseeable result of our breach of these Terms or failure to exercise reasonable care and skill.
Different limitations may apply where Services are used wholly or mainly for business purposes.
SECTION 18 – RESPONSIBILITY FOR YOUR CONDUCT
You are responsible for your use of the Services and for complying with these Terms and applicable law.
If you use the Services for personal purposes as a consumer, you will only be responsible for losses suffered by Sanctified that are reasonably foreseeable and directly caused by your unlawful conduct, fraud, deliberate misuse of the Services or deliberate infringement of another person's rights.
You will not be required under these Terms to indemnify Sanctified, Shopify or any of our affiliates, partners, officers, directors, employees, agents, contractors, licensors or service providers for their own acts, omissions, negligence or breach of these Terms.
Nothing in this Section requires a consumer to pay Sanctified's legal costs except where such costs are awarded or otherwise payable in accordance with applicable law.
If you purchase or use the Services wholly or mainly for business purposes, you agree to indemnify Sanctified against reasonable losses, liabilities, damages, claims and costs arising directly from your material breach of these Terms, your unlawful use of the Services or your infringement of a third party's rights.
Nothing in this Section excludes, restricts or affects any statutory rights or remedies available to consumers that cannot lawfully be excluded or restricted.
SECTION 19 – SEVERABILITY
If any provision of these Terms is determined to be unlawful, invalid or unenforceable, that provision will be enforced to the fullest extent permitted by applicable law or, where necessary, severed from these Terms.
The remaining provisions will continue in full force and effect.
SECTION 20 – WAIVER AND ENTIRE AGREEMENT
If we do not immediately exercise or enforce a right under these Terms, this does not mean that we have waived that right.
These Terms, together with policies and other terms expressly incorporated into them, constitute the agreement between you and us concerning your use of the Services, subject to any additional mandatory rights arising under applicable law.
Nothing in this Section limits information or terms that applicable consumer law requires to form part of your contract with us.
SECTION 21 – ASSIGNMENT
You may not transfer or assign your rights or obligations under these Terms without our prior written consent, except where applicable law gives you the right to do so.
We may transfer or assign our rights and obligations under these Terms as part of a genuine business transfer, restructuring or similar transaction, provided that doing so does not reduce any mandatory consumer rights you have.
SECTION 22 – DISPUTE RESOLUTION
If you have a complaint or dispute relating to an order, the Services or these Terms, please contact Sanctified first at support@sanctifiedvessels.com so that we have an opportunity to understand and resolve the matter directly with you.
We will make reasonable efforts to resolve complaints and disputes promptly and fairly.
If we are unable to resolve a dispute directly, you and Sanctified may agree to use mediation, alternative dispute resolution (ADR) or another mutually agreed method of resolving the dispute before commencing court proceedings.
Participation in mediation or ADR is voluntary unless applicable law requires otherwise.
Nothing in these Terms requires a consumer to submit a dispute to mandatory arbitration or prevents a consumer from bringing a claim before a court that has jurisdiction under applicable law.
If you are a consumer, nothing in this Section excludes, restricts or affects any statutory rights, remedies or protections available to you under the laws applicable where you live.
For customers in the United States, nothing in this Section is intended to limit any rights or remedies available under applicable federal or state consumer protection law.
SECTION 23 – GOVERNING LAW
These Terms of Service and any separate agreements through which we provide you with Services are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales.
The courts of England and Wales shall have jurisdiction over disputes arising out of or relating to these Terms or the Services.
However, if you are a consumer, nothing in these Terms affects any mandatory rights or protections you have under the laws of the country, state or territory in which you live, including any right you may have to bring proceedings before a court with jurisdiction under applicable law.
SECTION 24 – CONSUMER STATUTORY RIGHTS
Nothing in these Terms is intended to exclude, restrict or affect any statutory rights or remedies that you have as a consumer and which cannot lawfully be excluded or restricted.
If you are a consumer, you may have additional rights under the laws of the country, state or territory in which you live.
Where those rights apply and cannot legally be excluded or restricted, they will continue to apply regardless of anything stated in these Terms.
SECTION 25 – HEADINGS
The headings used in these Terms are included for convenience only and do not limit or otherwise affect their interpretation.
SECTION 26 – CHANGES TO THESE TERMS OF SERVICE
You can review the most current version of these Terms at any time on this page.
We may update these Terms from time to time to reflect changes to our Services, business practices or applicable legal and regulatory requirements.
Where changes materially affect your rights and applicable law requires notice, we will provide appropriate notice.
Changes will take effect from the date stated in the updated Terms or notice.
Changes will not retrospectively remove or reduce rights that have already arisen under an existing order where applicable law prevents us from doing so.
